55 reps is A LOT! I mean, way more than you would expect in Crossfit I think. Today we did one of these Crossfit Open workouts, and it was tough!
WOD: 13 minutes
55 deadlifts - I lifted 85 pounds
55 wallballs
55 calories on the rower
55 handstand pushups - I did 7 band assisted pushups.
I was ready to puke and saw a few spots on this one. Brutal!
Sunday is like the first day of spring, and we are supposedly going to have a Nor'easter! Usually I would be all for it, but I have a panel thing I'm putting on Monday evening, and if it gets canceled it will be such a pain to reschedule.
