So, between the cold I had, the new job and the 90+ degree weather I've been a horrible runner. It finally rained today and I decided I had to go for a run. Good news was that I ran the entire way! It was slow, almost 34 minutes, but in my defense, I still do have a little phlem ball in my chest. When I first started I was worried that I wouldn't be able to make it all the way, but then it felt good.
Tuesday's my birthday! There's no denying it, I'm middle aged. But hey, at least I can run 5K! Gonna celebrate by going to Fenway Park and buying tix on game day. Very exciting to just do that :)

I knew I was last round, even if a friend was captain. It's OK, I was good at the rest of school. But now it's time to push the boundaries and work on some fitness.
